I'm unable to login to my account. How do I reset my password? (PASSWORD RESET)

Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the Login Page (pictured below) to enter your email address and have a password reset link emailed to you. (NOTE:  The email address entered MUST match the email address on your Upward Bound account.) 

IT CAN TAKE UP TO 10 MINUTES TO RECEIVE THE PASSWORD RESET EMAIL.  IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE IT, BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL FOLDER!


PASSWORD RESET EMAIL NOT RECEIVED

If you don't receive a password reset email after 10 minutes, then the email address you provided does NOT match the email address on your Upward Bound account.  In this case, you'll need to click the CONTACT US link on this page and ask our email support team to change/correct the email address on your Upward Bound account.  In your email, please be sure to provide  the following: 

- Full name
- Phone number
- Correct email address
