WRONG COURSE PURCHASED. What do I do?

As we're unable to internally change courses within an account, you'll need to do the following if you purchased the wrong course and need to get into a different course: 

  1. Log into your existing Upward Bound account
  2. Locate the correct course and click the BUY button for it*
  3. After successfully purchasing the correct course in your account, email our support team by clicking on the Contact Us link on this page and request that the incorrectly course be removed from your account

After submitting the email from Step #3 to our support team it usually takes about 7 - 10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement for the incorrectly purchased course.  

You'll know that your request has been processed when the incorrect course has been removed from your account. Also, please note that a $15 non-refundable third party charge will be deducted from the amount refunded back to your credit card. 

*You'll have to start the newly purchased course from the beginning.  We're unable to carryover time or completion credit for modules taken in the originally purchased course.
