After submitting my electronic Affidavit to issue my Certificate of Completion will I still be able to access my Upward Bound account?

Submitting your affidavit to get your Certificate of Completion issued will NOT affect your ability to access your course modules.

The only time you'll be unable to access your course modules is if the course expiration date has been reached.
