REFUND POLICY
Upward Bound has an All Sales are Final sales policy. We're unable to make refunds for course purchased under any circumstances.
In the event that you purchase a course and never launches any of the course modules, we'll suspend your account if requested within 10 days of purchase. This will allow you to use the course at some point in the future for a 90-day period without any additional charges. However, if any of the modules were launched we will NOT suspend the account and the normal 90-day access period from the date of purchase will continue.
