How do I RESCHEDULE or CANCEL my state insurance exam?

You can cancel or reschedule a previously scheduled exam date with PSI Exams from with your PSI Exam Online account at www.psiexams.com.  You can also call PSI Exams at (833) 518-7456. 

Here's the rule regarding cancelling/rescheduling exam dates . . .

• You can reschedule your exam at no charge if you reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled exam date and time.  This can be done from within your PSI Exams online account.
• On the other hand, if you are within 48 hours of your scheduled exam date and time, you CANNOT reschedule your exam and must wait 24 hours after the scheduled exam date and time to reschedule. At that time, you will need to pay another exam fee. Ouch!
